Years ago, I was stuck in the same cycle most people are in, trying different tools, following expert advice, doing everything “right”… and still not feeling the way I wanted to feel.
I tried to fix one thing at a time: my body, my mindset, my food.
But nothing lasted—because nothing was connected.
It wasn’t until I saw the real problem: I was living in parts instead of as a whole. Then things began to shift. And once they did, I couldn’t keep it to myself.
